central gem with quick access to parks and landmarks
during my stay in a beautiful double room with balcony, I loved that it was just a short stroll to Parco Puccini, making my walks good, and exploring the majestic Cathedral of Saint Zeno was easy too, showing just how convenient the area is for city strolls.

This hotel was such a great stay! We had an amazin time in a really nice room with a beautiful view. The swimming pool was huge and had plenty of sunbeds. They even had a shuttle taxi to get to the city center which was super handy. Breakfast was really good too, best i had in italy!
I did have a couple issues tho, the air conditioning didn't work great and it sometimes got a lil hot in the room. The internet was super spotty, i had to use my phone as a hotspot.

Fine views and great staff
Waking up each morning to amazing views of the surrounding hills was a highlight of our stay. The large swimming pool was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Pistoia, and the staff consistently provided excellent service. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor restaurant with delicious local dishes and a fine selection of wines.

This charming little hotel has absolutely stunning views, clean pool and free parking on-site. A nice touch is also the cool beverages in the poolside bar.

All staff extremely helpful and friendly. Reception Staff went out of their way to provide maps of local places to visit, parking locations and interesting places to visit and dine away from hotel, and were always willing to help us improve our italian! - grazie mille. The restaurant provides a very good value dinner menu of the day - 25 euro including water and glass of wine - in addition to a la carte menu. Our room was quite large and we liked that we could get fresh air at night by closing the balcony shutters and leaving the inner doors open with the curtains pulled to minimise bugs.
My only minor criticisms would be the low level of lighting in the walk in dressing room and the lack of written instructions on how room fixtures and fittings worked - but staff were quickly available to explain if needed

The pool opening times leave much to be desired!!! Inconsistent air conditioning is frustrating when trying to sleep!!! The distance to central attractions is inconvenient for those without a car!!!

A very nice welcome at the reception by great and friendly staff. Beautiful and quiet rooms. A pool of 25 meters to relax and swim in and an opulent breakfast buffet are some of the assets of this fine hotel.
The pool is only open at 10am which I found late. Also closing at 19h30 was a bit early.

I had a very very good experience here, everything was fantastic, the location was easy close to Bologna airport as well as Italy for internet access. Excellent service, though a few employees were just terrible. The staff was very amiable - I would love to return.
